Finally the wait is over as today at exactly 11:10 am, The Uganda Airlines is holding an inaugural flight from Entebbe International Airport to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport an international airport in Nairobi, the capital of and largest city in Kenya.
On the flight will be Government officials, members of the Business Community, media and the Uganda Airlines’ other partners. Honourable Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi, the Vice President of Uganda is the chief guest.
The laugh of this inaugural flight is in further preparation for the maiden flight slated for tomorrow, Wednesday August 28th 2019.
This is also proved from a tweet by Honourable Monica Azuba Ntege, the Cabinet Minister for Works and Transport says, “This morning we will officially launch Uganda National Airlines Commercial flights. The launch ceremony at Entebbe International Airport will be followed by an inaugural flight to Nairobi. The first commercial flight will be tomorrow Wednesday 28th Aug 2019.”
Rolex and Katogo will be on the menu of Uganda Airlines flights.
